Assisi Retreats / Spring Grove Inc. is incorporated under the State of California as a non-profit religious organization.

Mission statement: We support people to live a deeply spiritual life and to actively pursue a devotional path of simplicity, humility, the path of great love and peace. We encourage people to experience God in all Her/His infinite beauty, to feel life fully without fear or guilt, to know and be their greatest selves.

We believe there is only one God, which is love. We are joined in our humanness. In 2000, Spring Grove established the Assisi Retreat Center in Assisi, Italy.

Gifts to Spring Grove, Inc are tax deductible in the United States under Sec 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
